New Name for Kerridge

Following ADP’s (Automatic Data Processing Inc) acquisition of the Kerridge Group – including Kerridge Computer Company (Ireland) Limited – in December 2005, the company name has been changed to ADP Dealer Services Ireland Limited and the Kerridge brand has now been retired.

John McManus, Operations and Sales Director of ADP Dealer Services Ireland said: “The acquisition of Kerridge Computer Company by ADP is blending the skills and expertise of industry specialist software and services provider with unquestionable financial stability and a unique global infrastructure to take the business forward. ADP will seek to develop the company’s position in Ireland whilst remaining a local company and looking after local business needs”.

Kerridge is widely recognised in the Irish dealer management systems market place now, under ADP ownership, the company is setting out to build on this position for the future with the significant benefits of being part of a much larger multi-national organization. The company’s very successful range of automotive dealer, fleet and importer software continue to be at the heart of the business’s strategy.
