ADP Dealer Services - the new name for Kerridge in Ireland

7th March 2007: ADP (Automatic Data Processing Inc) acquired the Kerridge Group - including Kerridge Computer Company (Ireland) Limited, in December 2005. The company name has now been changed to ADP Dealer Services Ireland Limited and the Kerridge brand has now been retired.

Kerridge is widely recognised in the Irish dealer management systems market place and now, under ADP ownership, the company is setting out to build on this position for the future with the significant benefits of being part of a much larger multi-national organisation. The company's very successful range of automotive dealer, fleet and importer software continue to be at the heart of the business's strategy.
