Print Manager - new options for easier deployment and support

The Print Manager software (formerly KPrint) produces high quality laser printed forms and is now utilised by 30,000 users. To coincide with its re-branding, ADP has introduced two new alternative deployment options for Print Manager:

Print Manager - Appliance
This option is located on the customer’s site and is based on a fixed monthly rental per unit with a licence/support fee per user.  It means a minimal capital outlay for the customer.

Print Manager - Hosted
The Hosted option allows multiple ‘virtual’ servers to run on a single hardware platform delivered and supported from an ADP data centre.

Both options include a pro-active monitoring service which ensures minimum downtime and swift fault resolution.

Print Plan – forward thinking printing

Print Plan, is a new comprehensive solution where the entire cost of printing is built into a single rental package. Charges are based on a pre-determined number of printed pages per month - similar to the inclusive minute deals available for mobile phones.

Print Plan comprises:
- Printers - including EC standard disposal at end of plan
- Delivery and installation
- Helpdesk support and hardware maintenance
- Toner consumables*

Print Plan, which uses the latest Lexmark printers, is a simple cost-effective solution offering significant savings with no capital outlay. Print Plan includes monthly reports delivered by email or extranet, showing print volume information and average percentage of toner consumed per page.

‘Pay for what you print with a single budgeted payment’

*Print Plan includes toner for mono equipment. If colour printers are installed, consumables are supplied on a ‘just in time’ basis at discounted rates.

With the launch of our latest telephony application, Call Attendant, ADP can offer customers significant opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer service levels.

Acting as a virtual receptionist, Call Attendant routes telephone calls to staff members based on extension number, department, time of day, and other advanced features that allow even the smallest of dealerships to portray a professional image.  By automatically routing a call based on the caller’s choices, they can be automatically connected to the most appropriate person and have their call dealt with as quickly as possible.

Not only does Call Attendant improve service levels through fast and efficient call handling, it can also provide a caller with information on your business or the latest promotion while they are holding for someone to speak to.

Trident Garages – No more thinking about printing

Trident HondaTrident Garages has recently contracted for a complete Printing Solution, including both Print Manager (formerly KPrint) and Print Plan within their two site Honda dealership in Surrey.

Having used Autoline for many years along side Print Manager, Trident
